SMS Consent
Callvelo is operated by Shraiber Global LLC, a Washington limited liability company doing business as "Callvelo" ("Callvelo," "we," "us," or "our"). This page explains consent and messaging expectations for text messages sent by Callvelo and through subscriber-configured missed-call recovery workflows.
Website Setup Requests
The Callvelo website provides a separate, unchecked checkbox for optional setup-request and support text messages. When the visitor submits the form, Callvelo receives the request details and the checkbox choice. Providing a phone number alone does not provide SMS consent, and consent is not a condition of purchase.
Subscriber Messaging Workflows
When permitted and configured by a subscribing business, Callvelo may help that business send a branded follow-up text after a missed call. The subscribing business is responsible for establishing the required permission or lawful basis before messages are sent.

Messages may include responses to inquiries, missed-call follow-up, requested service or setup information, account updates, and customer support. Message frequency varies based on the interaction and business configuration.
Opt-Out and Help
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. After a STOP request, no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in through an approved method. Reply HELP for assistance or email support@callvelo.com.
Mobile Information
Callvelo does not sell, rent, trade, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in consent records, or text messaging data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers only as necessary to deliver requested messaging services.
