Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Shraiber Global LLC, a Washington limited liability company doing business as "Callvelo" ("Callvelo," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Callvelo website, missed-call recovery tools, messaging workflows, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Business and account information. When you create an account or request setup, we collect information such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and messaging-configuration details.

Lead and end-user information.As you use the Service, we process information about the consumers who contact a subscribing business, including phone numbers, call and message activity, and the content of follow-up conversations ("Lead Data"). Subscribers direct this processing and are responsible for the lawful basis to provide it.

Payment information. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment-card numbers; the processor handles card data under its own terms and security.

Usage, device, and log data. We automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and timestamps to operate and secure the Service.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service; to configure and deliver messaging workflows; to generate lead summaries; to process payments and manage subscriptions; to provide support; to detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues; and to comply with legal obligations.

3. SMS and Text Messaging Information

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in consent, and text messaging data are never sold, rented, traded, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes. This information is shared only with service providers strictly as necessary to deliver the messaging services you or a subscribing business have requested. SMS opt-in consent and the associated phone numbers are not shared with any third party for any purpose other than delivering the requested messages.

4. How We Share Information

Apart from the SMS data described above, we may share information as follows:

  • Service providers (subprocessors). We share information with vendors who help us run the Service, including messaging and telecommunications providers (for example, Twilio), AI providers, cloud-hosting providers, and our payment processor, solely to perform services on our behalf.
  • Subscribing businesses. Lead Data is made available to the subscribing business on whose behalf the interaction occurs.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, safety, and property of Callvelo, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. In a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable law and our backup and security practices.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting support@callvelo.com, subject to legal limits and verification. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we honor those rights as required by law. For Lead Data processed on behalf of a subscribing business, please direct requests to that business.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services that operate under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of those third parties.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes may be communicated through the website or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
